A product not suitable for me caused me diarrhea, so it has remained in the cupboard since I stopped taking it.

After taking it for 5 days, I experienced terrible diarrhea. I have set it aside for now, trying to understand why such a reaction occurred, as this is not the first Solgar remedy that has caused this response. I took calcium and magnesium, which should be consumed in 5 tablets, but I had the same reaction.
