Suitable for gastritis
I’ve been using this Solgar brand for a long time, though I was reluctant to buy it in Moscow due to the high prices. Ordering via iHerb is significantly more cost-effective. Regarding the vitamins, I've tried many aimed at hair growth, but they've often exacerbated my gastritis. Thankfully, this product has suited my stomach well, and my hair is growing nicely.

Unfortunately, this supplement didn’t suit me. It caused stomach pain related to my gastritis, even after a substantial breakfast when I added it to my regimen to normalise gastric juice.
