Restores menstrual cycle

I have been taking it for four years and believe it to be one of the best brands. I tried other vitamins but went back to Solgar. It significantly helps in restoring my menstrual cycle and reducing premenstrual syndrome, while also offering benefits for my skin and hair. The packaging is excellent, with a dark glass container for safety; it’s eco-friendly and can be reused. The inclusion of zinc is crucial for health. The taste is neutral, and I find the dosage appropriate; the large pills are easy to manage with water.

Boosts hair growth
Solgar is an accessible brand at a reasonable price. I invested a lot in professional facial peels to eliminate white acne, as my job as a fitness trainer exposes me to dirt and blocked pores. The results proved disappointing. My dermatologist recommended zinc and advised against peels during flare-ups. In a month, my skin healed, hair improved, and sleep quality increased. This vitamin complex seems to be a female panacea. The inclusion of vitamin C boosts immunity and cellular health. It alleviates premenstrual syndrome and helps to clear up my complexion while promoting hair growth. Highly recommended for those who cherish their wellbeing!

Great! It normalises sleep (with regular intake of two capsules) and improves my migraines. I take the pills as usual and add extra magnesium; the migraine typically eases within a couple of hours, as opposed to before, when it would last half a day. The frequency has decreased, likely due to medicinal support. If I take magnesium regularly, both PMS and menstruation become much easier—I don’t feel irritable, shout at others, and often the first day can pass without painkillers. Chronic nasopharyngeal pain has also worsened very little. Though hard to attribute solely to magnesium, it does seem to play a role. I experienced benefits from drinking magnesium, lecithin, and taking collagen. No allergies, rashes, or stomach problems. Great quality; ingredients are natural.

While I can’t solely attribute this to magnesium, it likely plays a part. I’ve also noticed benefits from collagen. No allergies or stomach issues. Excellent quality; all ingredients are natural.

Positive skin changes

There is an effect; yes, the tablets are large, but they easily break in half for easier consumption. My nails exhibit whiter free edges and grow faster. Inflammation on my facial skin has subsided, including premenstrual syndrome-related flare-ups. My hair is also in good condition. I experienced no nausea or vomiting; I take two tablets at once. It’s an excellent complex with a commendable composition and dosage!

Fewer rashes observed
I have been taking these vitamins biannually for a long time, and I always notice positive results! My skin remains clear without peeling or rashes, even during PMS. My nails have a healthy shine and no longer exfoliate. The only downside is that my nails grow quickly, making manicures necessary more often. Since taking these, my hair remains intact after washing—no more clumps on the comb. I adore "Skin, Nails, and Hair" from Solgar. I deducted a star solely for the inconvenient shape of the pills; I must drink lots of water.
