After being diagnosed with multiple painful spots of arthritis in my hand, I began taking this product, and my pain has improved remarkably. I discontinued use for a few weeks, and my hand became nearly unusable. Now that I'm back on it consistently, I firmly believe it makes a significant difference.

Substantial pain reduction

Consistency is key with this product. After having two ACL and one meniscus surgery, arthritis kicked in with age, causing severe discomfort with every step. I had gel injections in my knees for years until a friend recommended this gelatin. With regular use, my knee pain and discomfort have been substantially reduced. I wish I had discovered this product sooner!

I initially purchased these capsules to help my mother with her arthritis, which it successfully alleviated. Surprisingly, it has also completely resolved my IBS! Now I can dine out without worry, feel much better, and will continue taking these capsules. Give it at least a month to fully appreciate its effects!

I think there may be merit to this! At 61, I'm experiencing multiple issues including neck arthritis and tennis elbow, but after taking gelatin and vitamin C, my arthritis symptoms seem to have improved significantly. I take three capsules and 2000 mg of vitamin C before my 30-minute workout every other day, and it truly appears to be working!
