I ordered it for my mother and recommend this brand to everyone, as advised by the endocrinologist. It is essential for proper calcium absorption and aids in maintaining the health of blood vessels, heart, and nervous system. The vitamins should be taken with fatty foods for optimal absorption. I began having daily headaches, poor concentration, brain fog, and pain around my eyes after starting MK-7. After stopping it, I felt normal again within a week. I can't definitively say MK-7 caused my symptoms.
