Symptoms improved
I began having daily headaches, poor concentration, brain fog, and pain around my eyes after starting MK-7. After stopping it, I felt normal again within a week. I can't definitively say MK-7 caused my symptoms.

Headache caution
Helpful for absorbing calcium and improving joint function. It is advised to take this with vitamin D; however, I experienced a terrible headache when taken together. If I took them a couple of hours apart, everything was fine. Overall, I find it beneficial for my needs.
