Salvation for my joints! With the cold weather's arrival, particularly when damp and windy, my joints, especially the knees and elbows, become painful. This year, I've also dealt with pain in my temporomandibular joint. After taking Solgar N 7, I noticed improvement within a week. Last season, I prepared earlier for the pain, resulting in much calmer joints that hardly bothered me.

Easier movement
Excellent! I bought this on my dermatologist's recommendation as I have psoriatic arthritis. I feel the aggravation during cold periods. Since beginning the course, I am very pleased with the results. I experience less discomfort in my knees, making it much easier to move.

Knee pain relieved! I was experiencing symptoms nearing osteoarthritis of the knee, causing leg dragging and difficulty turning in bed at night due to pain. Farewell to osteoarthritis. I have endured a total loss of cartilage in my knee for years, suffering greatly from osteoarthritis. In a few months, I will have total knee replacement surgery. To manage the pain, I took Solgar No. 7 and experienced real relief. I am less apprehensive about cold and rainy days. I recommend it.

Disappointment of the year! My joint pain dramatically decreased on day 8. However, after 10 days, it returned, albeit weaker. I suspect it's related to unusual colds. I also bought this for my mother, who had similar results: major pains decreased, but smaller joints still hurt. We've been taking it since December 30 last year. I hope improvement comes with warmer weather. UPDATE: It's been almost three months, and all the pain has returned with the same strength. Overall, this drug did not help me at all, except for initial relief on the seventh day.
