Women, I must say without exaggeration, my skin is transforming before my eyes, especially if you have dry skin issues. I take it three times a day after meals. Wishing everyone good health!

Very good! The skin on my elbows was very rough and clinging to clothes. After I started taking omega oil, I noticed changes within a couple of weeks—my skin is now smooth! I will continue taking it!

No effect whatsoever! I tried taking it regularly, but there was no difference. I even ordered another omega supplement after reading many positive reviews. The result was zero.

I’m pleased! I haven’t finished the jar yet and haven't noticed much effect on my hair and skin, BUT I experienced painless periods for the first time in my life! I’m shocked! I didn’t expect this from a supplement. I've ordered more and plan to take it regularly now. It’s just Omega 3 for me.

I have super-dry, sensitive skin that reacts badly to water. This omega was intended to nourish my skin from within. Initially, I took three capsules daily, but after a week, I reduced it to two, which worked wonders. A month in, I noticed significant skin improvements; minor redness disappeared, and my skin's elasticity improved.
