I need omega-3 fats, but what I've tried previously in Russia, including the advertised brands, unfortunately, didn't improve my blood evidence. I opted for a higher dosage of Solgar and hope for better results. I will share my analysis updates accordingly, but I am yet to evaluate its effectiveness.

What a fantastic product! After two months of taking it, the joint pains I had suffered for 12 years have ceased. My blood tests have improved as well. I highly recommend it to everyone!

I took it as directed by the attending physician, along with omega 3,6,9, and felt much better overall. I noticed my hair stopped falling out and new hair grew in. The dry skin on my hands and face disappeared, and, most importantly, I ceased experiencing blood vessel pressure, which had tormented me.

I need omega-3 fats, but what I've tried previously in Russia, including the advertised brands, unfortunately, didn't improve my blood evidence.
