Super product! I truly believe it has an excellent effect on my body, bringing a surge of energy and normalising my blood pressure. My husband and I shared one jar, each taking one capsule with food. We plan to order more, drinking a maximum of one capsule twice daily, and then as prevention, we will take one capsule occasionally. I adore Solgar and firmly believe in its benefits!

The ideal fish oil! It has a fantastic mix of fats! My skin responds well—there’s no dryness or flaking, and it appears very healthy. Taken with food, there's no aftertaste. Although the capsules are large and I take them twice daily, they would run out quickly.

It seems my body was lacking these fatty acids and previously sought them in the wrong foods. Before, I was often tempted to eat fish, but now I hardly crave it at all. I believe this indicates that the capsules provide sufficient nutrients, though they are quite large and difficult to swallow.
