The Omega complex truly produced a magical effect. Firstly, my skin, nails, and hair improved significantly. Secondly, my cycle has normalised, now everything is on time and I experience no pain during the first two days. Additionally, I have naturally high cholesterol, yet two months after taking these capsules, my cholesterol levels returned to normal. I now alternate them with omega-3.
