Best B12 on the market! I have used 1000 mcg injections daily for 7 years due to Biermer's disease. This Solgar B12 replaces those injections and works better for me; my tinnitus and nerve pains diminish more effectively than with injections. The taste is quite pleasant, with no sorbitol included, which makes me feel nauseous. It dissolves in 10-20 minutes under my tongue. After two years of use, I noticed they don’t dissolve as well, so I now combine them with the sublingual B12 from Solgar for better results. I have developed SIBO due to another product containing sorbitol, making me intolerant to mannitol.
