This is a lifesaver for preventing my severe leg cramps. Having suffered from them since childhood, I realised I needed more magnesium. This chelated magnesium works without causing loose bowels, and if I miss a dose, cramps return but the magnesium quickly alleviates them.

I took this on my doctor’s advice, as I was suffering from leg cramps. There was a B12 deficiency for tests, but I didn’t monitor the levels. After taking this, I’m pleased to report that the cramps have ceased. I will certainly order more.
