Vitamin E mitigates respiratory damage
We investigated how exposure to ultrafine particles (UFPs) in cold and humid environments impacts respiratory health. Using a controlled study with male Balb/c mice, we found that exposure to carbon black nanoparticles worsened lung function and increased inflammation and oxidative stress.

Notably, the combination of UFPs and cold-humid conditions intensified these adverse effects. However, when we administered Vitamin E, it helped reduce these harmful impacts. This suggests that Vitamin E could be a potential protector against indoor air pollutants, offering insights for healthier living spaces.

Skin health improved
Natural Vitamin E! My family loved a similar smaller volume vitamin. We use it prophylactically for a month. During winter, my husband's hands crack, but after a month of taking this vitamin, his skin has recovered. Highly recommend!

I learned about this from Fujikawa Sensei's book and decided to buy it. I believe my health has improved since I began taking this. I had been interested in this product for a while, but it was recommended in Professor Fujikawa's literature. Since then, I haven't had a cold in several months.

Quick cold recovery

I want to repeat it. I believe I healed quickly when I had a cold after purchasing this natural supplement containing four tocopherols. A book on hormone balance states that alongside vitamin C, vitamin E is a vital antioxidant today, and 400 IU a day is required, with 800 IU during stress or colds. This product was sufficient for me. I also appreciate that it's in a light-blocking container. The capsules are sizeable, but I managed to swallow them with plenty of water.

Chilblains cured
My chilblains are cured! My daughter recommended iHerb to me previously, and I purchased various supplements, but none suited me and caused nausea, so I discarded them. I bought this product when I developed chilblains on the tips of my hands and feet during winter. I was worried it wouldn't suit me, but I didn't experience any nausea, and my chilblains were resolved within two weeks! I'm slender, my diet is mostly vegetables with little meat or fish, so I tend to feel cold easily, thus I plan to continue taking it for a while.

Cold sensitivity improved
I bought this to improve my poor cold sensitivity. While I understand these types of supplements need time to show effects, I feel there has been some improvement. The size is large, but it's affordable, and I'll assess its long-term effects once I finish the bottle.
