Effective for PMS

It arrived! The gynecologist advised her that the chest pains during premenstrual syndrome passed, and her skin condition also improved. She was very pleased, and the dosage was comfortable; a large bottle sufficed for both my husband and me, as he enjoys antioxidants.

Reduces irritation
I take three tablets in the morning as I get irritated with premenstrual syndrome. Taking just one tablet from this brand means I feel no irritation at all. I would recommend it.

Eases menstrual pain
Indispensable! I took Vitamin E, and it improved my menstrual pain, premenstrual syndrome, and chills. In summer, the capsules can become mushy, so they must be stored in the fridge. I tend to buy them in bulk when it gets cooler.

Cost-effective solution
Is it expensive or effective? My premenstrual syndrome is noticeably lighter. The tablets are tasteless, odourless, and easy to swallow. I take two in the morning.

Relieves migraines
It normalises sleep with regular intake of two capsules. It has improved my migraines. When the special effects begin, I take my usual pills and add extra magnesium, which helps the migraine fade in a couple of hours. Earlier, I would be incapacitated for half a day. The frequency has decreased, and with regular magnesium, I find that premenstrual syndrome and menstruation are much easier to manage; I avoid becoming irritable and can get through the first day without painkillers. My chronic nasopharynx pain hardly worsens. I also consume omega-3, serrapeptase, and resveratrol, which I believe contribute. Regular magnesium alongside lecithin and protein enhances the effect of oral collagen. No allergies or stomach issues were experienced, and the quality is excellent with natural ingredients.
