I took omega for a month's course, in the morning and evening. The results are outstanding; my skin has improved significantly, becoming less dry. It's refreshing that I can wash my face without tightness. Most importantly, my heart rate during training has decreased from 170 to 155 beats per minute, which is a major benefit for me!

I found this site a couple of years ago and wasn’t impressed initially. However, I later needed Omega-3 supplements and discovered Solgar, Omega-3 EPA and DHA, Triple Strength, 950 mg, 100 capsules. I now take three capsules daily, and I feel more energetic and alert. This Omega-3 helps protect my heart. At 65 years old, I want to ensure my health. I hope this helps others find good health too!
