The best of the best! I have been taking this Omega-3 from Solgar for four months. Without repeating the detailed composition, I must say the results are remarkable! Just one capsule a day provides me with energy and vigour throughout the day. I accomplish so much without feeling tired! My mood has improved, and I feel creative and energetic.
