Lowered triglycerides
A wonderful product. The quality of Solgar products is commendable as they truly work. After taking this for two months, the result is evident: my triglycerides reduced from 2.79 mmol/l to 1.71 mmol/l. The doctor prescribed 1 capsule three times a day, but I only took it twice. I have a history of pancreatitis, so I had to avoid domestic fish oil that triggered attacks. Omega-3 EPA & DHA from Solgar has no side effects; there's neither eructation nor nausea, although swallowing large capsules is challenging. Now, Omega-3 is my lifelong health companion! Improved sugar levels
Bought for my 70-year-old mother who has pancreatitis, hypertension, and ischemia. After 1.5 months of taking it, her sugar dropped to 5.8, whereas it had been between 6.3 and 6.7 for many years due to pancreatitis. Outwardly, her wrinkles have slightly smoothed. I will continue to buy more.
