I have been taking Solgar’s vitamin B6 for years in various doses and find the quality excellent. This dosage (25 mg) is preventive, while higher amounts are for deficiencies. I took it with magnesium to promote restful sleep, reduce anxiety, and alleviate PMS. I hope my feedback helps others!

I’ve been using it for a month with magnesium. There’s been an improvement in my sleep and a decrease in insomnia, but I’ve experienced migraines. Though the dose is 25 mg, I may cut back to twice a week to see if that helps.

This drug should be taken with magnesium, vitamin D3, and iodine, preferably in the morning. It improves sleep and helps quick adaptation to training. The tablets are small and easy to swallow. I recommend taking it in courses.
