Of all the brands of vitamins and dietary supplements, I chose Solgar long ago! Today, I want to discuss vitamin C. It comes in a standard dark glass jar with a metal lid and contains 100 vegetarian capsules. I particularly appreciate that they do not include gluten, soy, sugar, etc. Sometimes I take them in a course, other times I don’t. After using them last year, I decided to start again this autumn, and my children and husband joined. Remarkably, during the peak of colds and flu, we did not fall ill. Normally, the children get ill first, followed by my husband and me. Now that I’ve run out of vitamin C, I will certainly reorder from this brand, as it makes me feel more at ease.
