Works and easy to swallow.

My vitamin D levels were low so I did some research and these had great reviews. The pill itself is small and easy to swallow (important for me) and I do seem to have some more energy. I'll be ordering these again

Good stuff!

I used to take quite a few different supplements but these days I've narrowed it down to only a few due to all the reports that say they may do more harm than good. Vitamin D is one that I won't give up because I'm sure I don't get enough sunshine and maybe not enough in my diet. This product has everything going on for it that I look for in a vitamin D supplement. Purified and harvested from the livers of deep water fish,...the Solgar brand gives me peace of mind that I'm getting the good stuff. I've been taking this for about 3 weeks now. I'm not sure if it's the D but I've had more energy lately

I've used this product before but the bottle I just received was rancid. Will go with another for a while

An Exceptionally Well Made Product

From the first time you hold the real glass heavy duty bottle with metal cap, you'll see quality written all over this product. I've been using this brand for a few years at this dosage twice a day and my D3 levels are now where they should be. I've had no side effects at all and, the only problem has been that at one time Amazon was out of these and I had to search all over the place to find them locally. I would go out of my way for the Solgar brand and if these are in stock at the time you're reading this and you need this dosage - don't hesitate
