No sun allergies
Wonderful vitamins. I purchased these on the recommendation of a gynaecologist in November 2019, as I live in an area with very few sunny days each year. Prior to taking VitD, I experienced constant fatigue and drowsiness. After two weeks, the drowsiness disappeared, and I gained more energy. This summer, for the first time in seven years, I had no allergies to the sun (usually after sunbathing, I would develop rashes and itching). My tan also became brighter and more lasting. I believe this occurred because my body received VitD during winter and autumn, so it did not react adversely to the sun's sudden appearance. Overall, I am pleased with Solgar vitamins, hence my purchase of two packs, sufficient until summer.

No allergic reactions
I purchased this for my nephew after careful consideration, and it has proven to be an excellent choice. He takes it in courses and has had no rashes, which is surprising given his tendency for allergic reactions. I sincerely hope this product remains on the market, as finding a suitable supplement for allergy sufferers is quite challenging.
