Product ineffective now
I was diagnosed with low vitamin D after experiencing hip and joint pain. Although this product once alleviated my shoulder pain related to bursitis, I'm now facing hand cramps again and feel it's no longer effective. I plan to switch brands, as I can't continue with Solgar products.
