Chilblains cured
My chilblains are gone! I initially bought various supplements from iHerb, but they caused nausea and heartburn, so I discarded them. After developing chilblains on my hands and feet over winter, I was hesitant to try this, yet thankfully there was no nausea this time. After two weeks of taking it, my chilblains were cured! As someone who is quite thin and has a vegetable-heavy diet, I tend to feel the cold easily, so I plan to continue using this for now.

Slight improvement
I bought this as a trial for my sensitivity to cold sores. I believe these supplements require time to show effects, but I think I feel a slight improvement. The size is large, yet it's reasonably priced. I'll decide whether to continue based on the results once I've finished the bottle.
