Difficult to swallow
NO NO NO. Unfortunately, I opened the bottle last week and can't return it now. Today was my last attempt; I choked severely on this pill and thought I might die. I coughed as hard as I could and managed to spit it out. Although the pill isn't large, it gets stuck in my throat every time. Not worth the risk.
