Seems like a quality product. I stopped using though due to the studies that show taking 400 of vitamin E dramatically increases your chances of getting Prostate cancer

Several large-scale clinical trials have examined the effects of Vitamin E supplementation on Prostate cancer risk. Notably, the SELECT (Selenium and Vitamin E Cancer Prevention Trial) study, which involved over 35,000 men, found that Vitamin E supplementation did not reduce the risk of Prostate cancer and may even slightly increase the risk in certain cases. These findings were unexpected and prompted further scrutiny into the potential harmful effects of higher doses of Vitamin E.
On the other hand, some earlier studies had suggested a potential protective effect of Vitamin E against Prostate cancer These studies demonstrated that alpha-tocopherol, a form of Vitamin E, might exhibit antioxidant properties and reduce the oxidative stress that can contribute to Prostate cancer development. However, subsequent clinical trials have not consistently confirmed these initial findings. Therefore, while some limited evidence exists to support the potential benefits of Vitamin E in Prostate cancer prevention, the overall scientific consensus does not currently favor its use as a preventative measure.
