DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

I am LIVID!! This is a new bottle I just opened! It is supposed to be a bottle of 100 and it is a bottle of 50 tablets and a bunch of crushed up something! I'm afraid to take them as I have No idea what the powder stuff is? I want a refund! I also ordered 2 bottles for a friend and gave them to her on Monday, I will follow up to see what she got and will edit this review

Good For Sleep

I have adrenal fatigue with trouble sleeping at night. Adding Zinc to my current regimine seems to be helping me to stay asleep longer

I guess it does what it is supposed to do

I think it is good. It came on time. The bottle is fine. The pills are not too big. I really don't feel any different. I am not surprised. It is supposed to work inside you. I hope that it does so. IT has no flavor
