Excellent brand and product Zinc Picolinate in its best and most absorbable form. I take one daily, and my hair, skin, and nails have greatly benefited. It helps maintain a strong immune system and reduces allergies and colds. Solgar is one of my favourite brands, particularly due to being celiac and their products being gluten-free. I highly recommend this product.
