RESULTS. At first, I experienced discomfort in my stomach and changes in stool. I even considered stopping the supplement but was reassured by my doctor that this can happen. After a week, my body's condition improved; I felt less tired and more energetic. I didn't catch any colds during this period, and I didn't have any allergies. While I cannot say there were changes in my hair and nails, my complexion did improve slightly.
