It’s very warming and appears to relieve itching on my eczema-prone skin. I gradually sweat and feel refreshed, which helps me relax. It also moisturises my skin, and I like to add essential oils for scent. The value is excellent due to the large size.

Effective for hand eczema

My hand eczema, which hadn’t healed in five years, has started to improve. I used to worry about the dryness, but after taking magnesium tablets and using this product, my symptoms got better. The itching and dryness disappeared without steroids, and the skin appears much cleaner. Though not completely healed yet, I will continue using it and recommend it to others.

I add 3-4 tablespoons to my bath. After bathing, my skin felt moisturised and my eczema has improved slightly. There’s no scent, so I use aroma oil.
