I've been using it since 2020 for atopic dermatitis affecting my joints and other areas. Having tried multiple body creams that caused itchiness and lacked moisture, I opted for almond oil. Its smooth, scent-free texture makes it easy to apply on wet skin after bathing. My dry skin has become shiny and smooth, and the bumps on my upper arms and thighs have disappeared. It absorbs quickly and provides ample moisture even in winter, and in summer, it's effective as long as absorbed properly. I also use it on a cotton swab to clean my belly button, making it more appealing than lotions.

AMAZING!! Almond oil works wonders for the body. It deeply moisturises and is perfect for anyone with uneven skin tone. I highly recommend it, along with black African soap. Application is simple: use it all over your body every night before sleeping. The bottle is quite large, so it lasts a long time. It is extracted from sweet almonds, which we consume. I used it as a moisturiser, and while not superb for the skin, its advantages lie in its lightweight nature without clogging pores. I applied it as an oil for hair and for massages to prevent cracks and stretch marks. It effectively removes makeup while moisturising the skin. I also incorporated it into soaps, creams, and cosmetics. A few drops can grease facial skin, eye areas, and others. It can be mixed with daily cream for added hydration and helps treat wrinkles. Sweet almond oil is useful and healthy, akin to olive oil, as it raises beneficial cholesterol and lowers harmful cholesterol, thus protecting against heart disease and diabetes.
