Cramps alleviated

After experiencing morning cramps, I purchased magnesium and no longer suffer from leg cramps. It’s effective after muscle training, reducing fatigue. If I take it on an empty stomach, it causes discomfort; however, I've learned that taking it post-meal improves digestion. It's also suitable for those with chronic fatigue syndrome and enhances energy storage.

Pain management improved

My doctor suggested magnesium for my chronic trigger points that cause severe back and neck pain. After three days of taking it, I felt much better. While I’m not diagnosed with fibromyalgia, my symptoms have reduced significantly, and I've continued taking it daily with improvements over several months. Although the knots haven’t completely disappeared, they are much better.

I used to struggle with chronic fatigue. After my doctor recommended magnesium malate along with a liver detoxifier, I've experienced remarkable improvements. Now, I feel like a normal human being again. I purchased a three-bottle supply and currently take three per day, intending to scale back once I have sufficient energy.

Magnesium malate compensates for chronic fatigue and adrenal depletion. There’s no immediate wow factor, but it provides a reliable energy boost. Additionally, it aids detoxification. I noticed its benefits post-holidays, as it prevented allergic reactions to sweets. I recommend it for anyone facing similar issues.

Magnesium is important. Previously, I took bittern for magnesium, but I found magnesium malate effective for the brain and nervous system, as well as for expanding my airways, snoring, and sleep apnea. It is well absorbed in the digestive tract and may aid in fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome symptoms. I've been coughing a lot lately, so I'm pleased to find that it helps with my chronic cough. Currently, I take one large tablet daily, which is the standard size for iHerb products. I plan to increase my dosage when I'm feeling fatigued.
