Effective energy boost

Good composition, fast delivery, high-quality, and convenient packaging; nothing was damaged. The dosage is excellent, with natural herbal ingredients. The capsules are slightly large, but I swallow them without issue, enjoying the citrus taste. I take one capsule daily with meals alongside vitamin D3+K2, magnesium and vitamin B6. After ten days, I'm noticing the benefits: more energy, no headaches, and a significantly improved mood throughout the day. I recommend it, especially for those interested in fitness or dieting, as omega-3 energises and replenishes what the body requires.

Negative digestion effects

I have been purchasing this supplement for years and have recommended it to many friends, as it usually prevented colds and improved digestion. However, the latest version had a different composition and adversely affected digestion. My relatives all reported abdominal pain, belching, and nausea, which felt like intoxication.
