It works wonders for coughing and sputum! I have a weak throat and experience sputum and a cough when I catch a cold, which lasts for about a month. I love the wellness formula, but I opted to try the popular wellness herbal resistance. The results improved dramatically after using 2 droppers in the morning and evening for 2 days. I will ensure I have it on hand at all times.

I purchased the herbal resistance liquid to assist with my chronic cough and fatigue, along with brain fog. It did provide slight assistance, but I did not observe significant improvement.
