Spartan Race Hydration Tablets

Easy to use and works great

I love that these are a swallowable tablet. It makes it so much easier to get extra electrolytes in before a long workout. I have a sensitive stomach and often experience discomfort from some of the powders you mix in water but I have had no issues with these tablets. I've been using them for marathon training and they work great. I usually take 1-2 depending on length of my workout

Convenient and helpful bargain

I work outside 8 hrs a day. Having something that's half the price of Gatorade, time-release, and a quick little tasteless tablet is a Godsend. Keeps me hydrated at night and the morning. I'm thankful

Wow, I feel like they give me more energy; been taking them for 4/5 months now. If you work out a lot, give these a try, so worth it....

Great for active people!

A friend recommended this product because I am incredibly active and sometimes experience a â€˜hangover' from lack of hydration/electrolytes. These tablets have helped me to stay hydrated during my active weekends and I haven't experienced that same fatigue i have typically experienced prior to trying these. Highly recommend

Very effective with a noticeable difference, strongly recommend.

I was skeptical at first, but had heard good things so I had to try. This product didn't disappoint. I was able to see (urine color) and feel the difference, even after partaking in some alcoholic beverages the night before my race and previous training sessions

Great Supplement for Electrolytes and Recovery

These electrolyte tabs are PERFECT for restoring recovery nutrients to your system before and/or after a hard workout. Dissolving over 4-6 hour, they aren't a gut bomb with is great for some one like me who struggles with gut auto immune. I would highly recommend these for anyone who is doing extended time cardio or HIIT

Works and tastes great.

Got to sample them at a race in Boca. Staff was super knowledgeable and explained the benefits to us. Myself and a few friends really felt the difference in the Florida heat! Would recommend

Hydration

I decided to try this instead of Rapid Rehydrate. I must say that I am impressed. these are fabulous to use if you are runner or going to do a Spartan. I keep them in my hunting pack as well. over all it does everything you needed to do especially in the heat
