I've been using Spectrum Fish Oil for about two years. My most recent "good/bad" cholesterol ratio test was 3, which is "very low risk".
In the past, I'd bought these at Whole Foods but my most recent purchases were from this seller (Nutricity). After I received my first order, in Spring 2011, I read the label.
EPA- 320mg DHA- 200mg
Compared to my Whole Foods Spectrum Fish Oil:
EPA- 360mg DHA- 240mg
As of September 17, 2011, the seller continues to list the ingredients as 360/240, but that isn't what they sell. My second order was 320/200mg again. You'll notice their disclaimer:
"Always check the actual product label in your possession for the most accurate ingredient information due to product changes or upgrades that may not yet be reflected on our web site."
My first order was placed in April. My second order was placed in August. They've had PLENTY OF TIME to update their information. Besides, how are you supposed to read the label before you receive it?
Besides that, I placed my second order on August 30th and it didn't arrive until September 15th. By then I'd run out and my wife found a bottle of NatureMade 360/240 at the local Krogers. $9 for 100 softgels with a second 100-count bottle for free.
Please understand, I believe the Spectrum Fish Oil is of the highest quality, but I won't buy anything from Nutricity again
