EDIT: My cholesterol dropped significantly over the last year, which has made me very happy. I attributed this change to taking an omega supplement with astaxanthin consistently. This is the only notable change I have made, and my doctor was impressed with the results. I have taken Nordic Naturals for years, but now I find that this new product is equally effective and more cost-efficient.
