Effective for cramps
Regarding the nails, the reception of this complex did not impact me. As for my hair, many beneficial products are used, but since nutrition is important from within, and my hair grows well without dryness, I attribute this to taking fish oil. Concerning leg cramps, I frequently experience them, particularly when I am cold. Recently, however, my legs have ceased cramping during sleep. Since I have not taken magnesium B6 since summer, fish oil has clearly made a difference. Thus, I will award it a point for relieving leg cramps.

I can't recall how many times I've repurchased it. For years, I awoke with nightly cramps in my calf. Fortunately, after trying Omega 3, those symptoms completely vanished. Based on my testing, only products with high content, like this one and Omega 800, have proven effective (though results may vary individually). I continued to repurchase despite the frustrating cycle of stock shortages and price increases.
