Regular use improves
I had one of these a couple of years ago and forgot how amazing it is! It makes all the difference for my sinuses throughout the day. I suffer from dust and mould allergies that can become severe. I find that using it first thing in the morning also improves my sleep at night. Just be sure to read the instructions; improper use can lead to injuries like an eardrum damage.

Actual lifesaver
Lifesaver for my sinus problems. Normally, I wouldn't review a product like this, but it's made a real difference for me. I can't use a Neti pot due to panic about tipping my face. With severe sinus issues and allergies, this system allows me to control how much pressure I apply when rinsing my nose. I rarely need antihistamines at night anymore and find that I sleep much better.

Huge improvement noted
Nasaline vs Netipot - Nasaline wins! This performs remarkably well. I chose this instead of an $80 nasal irrigation system. I've used a netipot on and off for decades but needed something to flush thick mucus from my sinuses more effectively. Since using Nasaline for about a week, I've used it around 6 times and can assert that it's a significant upgrade. This allows me to push saline into my sinuses and effectively remove mucus. With a long history of allergies and chronic sinusitis, I find that this irrigation system works best for me.

Easier than neti pot
A saving grace for sinus sufferers who can't tolerate the neti pot. In Texas, the allergies are ridiculous and my eustachian tube issues mean my ears easily back up. The neti pot was a nightmare, but since discovering this, I find it much better. It doesn't back up into my ears like the neti pot did. I now use it 1-2 times a day, which has changed my routine from multiple sinus infections a year to none so far.

Extra pressure helps
This is everything the Neti Pot isn't! I struggle with severe congestion with allergies or respiratory infections. While the Neti Pot has worked at times, this product gives me the extra pressure needed to clear my sinuses on congested days. I can breathe, taste, and feel comfortable instantly. It also reduces head tilting and sensitivity, making it a better option for alleviating congestion.
