I need rehab ! Totally addicted to these !

Do these things have heroin, in them? ... I can't go a day without (at least) one ! They are for a ~20 oz. mix ratio but I mix with 1 litre ... fine. Yes ... if it drips on your clothing it will stain, but MY stain came out ! Lots of potasium (citrate) and vitamin "C" ... perfect for long treks (many days). Will prevent some severe medical conditions ... even scurvy. Tastes just great ... I have tried every flavor ... They are ALL really good ! My only complaint is that they COST TOO MUCH ! I found some similar products, with similar packaging and ratio, at my grocer. The products at my Grocer were MUCH less expensive but are not as tasty or satisfying. I found the "other stuff" next to the CRYSTAL LIGHT ... It is not bad ... One orange flavored product also comes with caffine ... got some of that too ... But, the Sqwinchers taste better and "Sqwinch" better, IMO ... cost ~$00.50 per 20 oz., though. Bring the price down, PLEASE ! Really good stuff ... buy ten times more than you think you will need. It does go fast ! I really like this product ... A LOT ... The price ? ... Not so much. I give it FIVE STARS (in spite of the price) ... It is THAT good

Good value & Flavor, but waaaay too much dye!

I have tried the Grape, Lemon Lime, Lemonade, Orange and Fruit Punch. The Fruit Punch tastes exactly how you think fruit punch should taste with no after taste. The Lemonade flavor is also one of the best. The grape flavor has so much dye it looks like ink, also has funny after taste. Lemon Lime also has funny after taste. Almost like cotton candy. One issue, if you add them to cold full bottle of water the powder tends to clump a little. If you let it sit for 5 or 10 minutes it will all dissolve. Grape = 4 Star Lemon Lime = 2 Stars Fruit Punch = 5 Stars Lemonade = 4 Stars Orange = 5 Stars I do like these as they are a great value and the flavors are OK, but they just have too much dye in them

Good overall product, good taste

I'm a fan. I like the grape, mixed berry and orange ( I have only tried these three). I started out drinking a lot of PowerAde Zero (made by Coca cola), which is good but a pain to bring home all of those bottles that I have to recycle. I like the Squincher zero as it has a similar taste and I can actually water it down a little more so it it lighter for post exercise (long fast bike rides), but I only drink plain water while exercising. I typically mix it in my 24 oz water bottle at work and drink two bottles a day at work, being way cheaper than buying drinks or other mix products. I will have to echo some other comments about having too much dye in these products, but seems less noticeable if you mix with more water. I look forward to trying the peach tea and strawberry lemonade next

Prevents hangovers, tastes so good!

A friend introduced these to me, and I basically exclusively use them to help avoid hangovers. I'm a recent graduate from college and who knew that when you go from drinking 4 times a week to once maybe every 2-3 weeks the hangovers hit you like a semi. When a friend gave me one to drink after a night of going out, I woke up with zero hangover, and I haven't looked back since. I drink 1-2 of these after a night of drinking and sometimes in the morning after also and let me tell you I feel like a spring chicken the next morning. And not to mention they taste awesome! I've tried other electrolyte alternatives and this is bar far the best tasting I've had. I have lemon lime and am planning on trying new flavors too. JUST BUY THEM YOUR BODY WILL THANK YOU

Great Electrolyte Replacement Product for Diabetics or Anyone Trying To Avoid Sugar

I used to occasionally get leg cramps, especially on desert hikes where you sweat more than you realize. With Sqwincher the cramps are a thing of the past. The taste is pleasant but like Gatorade, Powerade or any other electrolyte replacement beverage it takes a little getting used to. I've grown to like it so well I often finish off with dinner whatever is left in my hydration bladder after a hard day's hike. The only reason I gave the product 4 stars rather than 5 is because of two gripes I have about the packaging. First, the inner packets can be a little hard to tear open unless you have long, strong fingernails. Of course you can always use scissors but if you are refilling your hydration bladder out in the wilds you're probably not carrying scissors. Second, I always buy the large bag of Sqwincher packets and nowhere on the outer package does it tell how many packets are inside. If the vendor add doesn't state the quantity (which is 50), you can't be certain you're getting the same quantity as you did the last time you ordered. One last piece of advice: The lemon and lemon-lime flavors taste good and they won't stain your pack like the other brighter colored flavors if you have an accidental leak from your hydration bladder

Excellent mild flavor, easy to use

So happy to find this sugar-free electrolyte mix! I've tried a few different brands and Sqwincher is by far my favorite. It has less salt (and of course no sugar) than many other mixes. My husband says it keeps him from getting headaches and muscle cramps when working or hiking in the hot sun. The individual packets are easy to stick in a day pack or purse. The lemonade flavor is mild and inoffensive - the directions say to mix 1 packet in 20 oz. of water, but I sometimes mix it in 16 oz. of water for more flavor. I do wish they sold a sampler pack, so I could try all their flavors. One small flaw - the powder in some of the packets hardened into a solid lump. It seems that there was powder on the sealing surface, causing an incomplete seal. Finally, Sqwincher sells several types of electrolyte drinks; some contain corn syrup, are ready-to-drink (reconstituted), or make 2-1/2 gallons(!), so read the product descriptions carefully

Makes drinking water, easy!

Never thought I would write a review about a powdered drink. I have the hardest time choking down water. Little did I realize my employer stocks a few flavors of these. One day I tried one. I went from drinking maybe 8 ounces of water a day, to 80 ounces of water a day, with ease. I love this stuff so much I just bought a couple additional flavors on my own dime. Orange, fruit punch, grape, mixed berry. Those are the ones I like. The lemon lime I don't care for, but it tastes just like Gatorade if you like that. I also mix it with 32 ounces of water to lessen the flavor a bit. I think it's very strong with only 20 ounces. Only down size to your uptake in water consumption, prepare to pee, constantly

I love this Sugar Free Electrolyte

OK. I have been purchasing Propel for years but for some reason they have discontinued the product. Propel had over this product is no food coloring. The purple could stain....Propel was also $2 per 10 or 20 cents per packet where this is about 35 cents. But it is better than $1.50 for a bottle at the local shop. That said. I love this flavor. I have a huge sweet tooth and I love the Intense Flavor it says on the package. I drink one of these a day with 16.9 ounces of water (half liter) It is super awesome sweet. Like I said, I like sweet (think fun-dip sweet). They say you can do it with a 20 ounce water too. I might try it to see how diluted the flavor gets. It does seem to replenish my electrolytes that I loose throughout the day when I am working outside. I will continue to purchase these and can recommend purchasing

Sqwincher zero has great flavor

Sqwincher is the only electrolyte drink that I can drink, other brands are Sour, Salty, and some are just fowl tasting. It seems pricey but if you remember each Stick makes 20 oz, not 12 or 16 oz like all other drink mixes and there are 50 Sticks ! Unlike other powder drinks with 10, 12, 16 Sticks. So the price is Not high, but actually lower thanbig name brands. Unfortunately (Blue) mixed berry is getting harder & harder to get. Blue is the one flavor Everyone in my house can agree on, and I prefer A single pitcher of blue over 3 pitchers in the fridge and hearing loud voices " Anyone know what flavor this is ?" Beware - I looked at Walmart site and chose some a few bucks Cheaper than others so I can Stock up on blue. At check out noticed delivery estimate was 4 and 6 weeks out ..and no trackin. Shipped from outside the U.S. I get it that Amazon does that but Walmart??!! I do recommend Sqwinchers, we love them. Oh and they do not taste sugar free or taste artificial, they are perfect. We also like Purple/grape, red/fruit punch, and lemon-some mix it with fresh unsweetened ICed te
