These melatonin gummies taste pretty good, but it's probably better to take them before you brush your teeth since gummy candy is the worst for your teeth. Melatonin has been known to help a lot of people fall asleep naturally. I purchased the powdered extract as well to make my own sleep supplements mixed with other natural, relaxing sleep aids. This eliminates the need for all sorts of flavors and sugars and colors, etc.
The ingredients used in these gummies are mostly corn syrup, sugar, and gelatin. Luckily the color is made from vegetable juice rather than some weird dye. Then there's the always mysterious "natural flavor" that doesn't always mean it's actually "natural." Each dose of 2 gummies is 15 calories. I've taken these before bed, but so far I haven't noticed any improvement in my ability to fall asleep. If you have serious sleep issues, I honestly don't know if this is your best bet. If you have occasional sleeplessness or just need a little push into dreamland, perhaps these may help a little. They smell and taste like sweet, strawberry flavored candy. I think most people, including kids, would like the flavor. Just don't take too many gummies at once. They recommend that you take a 1 week break if you take these for 2 months straight.
If this is something you're interested in trying out, I'd say go for it. It won't hurt to try unless you're taking specific meds or of you're pregnant. Otherwise, these are decent melatonin gummies from Sundown Naturals
