Gave everyone in the family an upset stomach, not refined very well. Your better off paying a bit more and getting a superior product. Had no problem with the ones sold by Sams club, however they don't offer the same type anymore

There are many homeopathic uses for cinnamon. As with all such herbal supplements, you just have to take them to see if they work. Note: I was taking one in the morning and one in the evening. Then, after a while, I started smelling cinnamon rolls everywhere. So I cut back to one at night. That seems to have cleared up my sense of smell -- at least I only smell cinnamon rolls at the bakery.

Really like this product because it performs like a more expensive brand that I buy. Additionally, when looking at the ingredients it is less than 2% silica which is important as many manufactureres fill their cinnimon with horrible fillers and less of the actual cinnamon bark. Its the bark that helps maintain blood sugar levels and its non-GMO

Big help in stabilizing blood sugar for diabetic husband

Started giving my diabetic husband 2000 Mg of cinnamon twice a day. It has made a big difference in helping to stabilize his blood sugar. I know cinnamon has other health benefits, too, but I bought it specifically to help stabilize blood sugar and it has worked beautifully. I am very pleased

I have heard that cinnamon is great for metabolism. There's not a lot of studies into that. In my experience it's great to cut my sugar cravings. I take the two pills after lunch. Then I avoid the mid afternoon slump. That's where I would grab a high sugar and high calorie snack. I don't know. I'm usually satisfied with a apple or granola bar. So in that way this supplement is hedlping me with weight loss

taking this would not be good.

This is NOT Ceylon cinnamon. The bottle I received didn't even say it was cassia bark, they used Cinnamomum. (my fault for not paying closer attention) Cassia bark is not true cinnamon and taking it for any length of time as a supplement can really mess up your liver. All cinnamon as some coumarin in it, Cassia bark just has a lot more of it. So if you're already taking a blood thinner, taking this would not be good

I swear by these. I used to have borderline high blood sugar levels. I have used these for a few years now, taking several a day, and my blood sugar levels have remained under 100 since. I have made no adjustments to my diet
