I purchased this product on my physician's recommendation to alleviate migraines from which I've suffered for 17 years. Since starting this product, the number of migraines I've had upon waking has drastically reduced! Additionally, I've not experienced nocturnal cramps since taking it, and it helps with late-night anxiety. I can't remember how I managed before this supplement.

LIFESAVER! This changed my life, allowing me to sleep through the night! No more cramps. I read about these and decided to try them. I'm quite active, working out five days a week and cycling 60-75 miles. I used to awaken 2-3 times a night with upper leg cramps, but not anymore. I take two in the morning and two in the evening. What a massive life saver!
