Read More...I really like garlic supplements, especially during flu season because garlic helps to fight off infections and colds. I've read some on the subject of garlic and found that it can also help to lower blood sugar, which for me would be an added bonus. In the past I've taken regular garlic supplements but during summer I end up smelling or should I say stinking like garlic, so now that I have found odorless supplements this is something worth having on hand. The oil from the capsules is also a good remedy for ear infections, insect bites and minor cuts (it does burn or sting so I have to dilute with a carrier oil like coconut or castor oil). Read More...For being 'odorless' as soon as you open the bottle you'll immediately smell garlic. Haha. Overall, though, it seems like a solid product. I take it and a half dozen other anti-inflammatories for disc degeneration, and occipital neuralgia and to keep my prediabetes at bay so it's nonexistent. I'd say the concoction of things I take certainly helps. This included.
