Safely absorbed methylcobalamin instead of the cheap, dangerous Cyanocobalamin
I only take 1 instead of the advised 2 but I still feel like I'm reaping the benefits. I get subtle continued stamina to keep up with my small child. Normally, I'd run out of gas around 2 or 3pm but about a week after taking these I notice I can continue buzzing around doing what I need to do. My mind also seems to be a little more at peace. It also seems to be helping joint pain. I knew I had to be low on B vitamins like so much of the population. I did get a few new pimples (my guess from the small amt of Biotin) but it never flared into anything bad and it went away quickly and now I don't have any at the 3 week mark. I also gave a bottle to my dad who is a type 2 diabetic. They are prone to being B Vitamin deficient due to metformin. They should be told this from their doctor but many times they don't inform their patients this....Maybe they're too busy talking to Pharma reps? Also anyone taking antacids are probably not absorbing B's because stomach acid has to be a certain ph to assimilate nutrients. I feel great and safe taking this methylated B complex. I will continue to be a customer, please don't change anything
