Woah. I was very skeptical by all of the positive reviews but decided to take a chance. The last active B supplement I bought from another brand gave me horrible anxiety and the ones before that never seemed to work. I think the one that gave me anxiety had way too much, for instance 100 mg of active B6. because these are the active version you need less, so all these active B complexes with these high doses are not safe if you ask me and more likely to cause side effects. Any way this one had very balanced amounts so I was intrigued and the positive reviews intrigued me further. I have a rare blood disorder that increases my body's need for certain B vitamins, especially B6 and folate. But every b complex I've tried so far hadn't really worked, either caused side effects or zero improvements. This supplement has already improved my life!!!! When my B vitamin levels are low I get symptoms like fatigue, problems concentrating, anxiety and tingling (Neuropathy) in the back of my legs. The very first day I felt the difference. Calmer, more focused, more energy. By the third day the tingling sensation in the back of my leg is fading noticeably. It's like night and day!! This stuff is the truth!!!
