Probably fine for most people! Not strong enough for end stage autoimmune rheumatoid
Proper ingestion is sublingual under the tongue so "easy to swallow" is the wrong question above to rate. I wanted to love these because the concept is great! I have stage IV Rheumatoid disease & have been on Humira for a decade, Enbrel, & methotrexate, prednisone etc over the years which has run off with 60% of my hair & all of my teeth, not to mention fingernails etc. For reasons beyond me previous brands have become unavailable at time I needed to refill. I actually had 10 natural fingernails past the tip of my fingers for the first time in years. 10 days into taking this & they're all gone, so bummer. If your need is to boost for pregnancy or something less severe, they're probably terrific! Again, love the concept, the taste is pleasant, they dissolve fairly quickly. Just unfortunately not strong enough to work for the half dead trying to hang on by a fingernail
