Vitamin K prevents bleeding. I have HHT and suffer from daily nosebleeds. I take this vitamin every other day, and my nosebleeds have ceased. It is nearly tasteless and acts quickly. As a nurse, I comprehend that Vitamin K is crucial for blood clotting. This has been immensely beneficial to me.

Works to prevent eye capillary breaks. I occasionally get eye hemorrhages and bruises. These chewable tablets are easy to take. Since I started this product, I haven’t had any more eye hemorrhages. When I felt the start of one, taking 3-4 tablets stopped it from progressing. I tend to get eye issues when my blood gets too thin.
