Causes really bad nausea. I really wanted this product to work, but every time I take it, I feel incredibly nauseous. Whether I take it with or without food makes no difference; I unfortunately just feel like throwing up every time.

Calming yet nauseating

This product does indeed have a calming effect, but it also makes me feel nauseous for at least an hour after taking it. I've never experienced this with 5HTP before and realised it's due to additional ingredients like Inositol, which can induce nausea.
