It’s fantastic; I can now eat anything with milk comfortably. The lactose digestion enzyme is excellent. I usually take two pills before enjoying cake, as otherwise, I break out with pimples if I consume lactose. Since using this, the pimples on my face vanished, and I haven’t experienced any diarrhoea after eating dairy.

Highly recommended for those who experience diarrhea from dairy! Many factors contribute to such symptoms, but this supplement effectively addresses more than just lactose breakdown. It has improved my symptoms significantly and has reduced my flatulence as well!
