Good product! I was surprised at how well these worked. I generally avoid dairy due to difficulties, but after taking these before meals, nothing untoward happened. I experienced no indigestion or rash, although my toilet habits were slightly loose the next day, no worse than overindulging in fruit. For me, these will be a game changer as I can now dine out with friends without worrying about the aftermath.

I have been trying this for over a year and can confirm it’s excellent for those who suffer from gas or indigestion after consuming milk. One capsule with any meal that includes milk makes digestion much easier, without causing other issues.

This stuff really works. I was sceptical, but I love cheese which often gives me indigestion. After taking a few of these pills, I enjoyed a sandwich with a generous layer of melted cheese without feeling unwell. I'm grateful we can buy digestive enzymes in a bottle.
